From the pin board in the workshop directly into a structured process planning? How is that supposed to work?
AT LEAST NOT WITH MIRO AND MURAL.

And we are already in the middle of the "have you seen the latest tool" discussion. According to the exciting website
https://www.collaborationsuperpowers.com/tools there are now several hundred. So what should we do?
My tip: relax and focus on three aspects:
- What tools do my most important customers use?
- What kind of group do I have?
- What kind of process do I have?
I use Miro and Mural for creative processes with groups that have some practice. When it comes to structuring processes, however, GroupMap is simply from another planet, because it is programmed in a fundamentally different way than classic whiteboards, it can calculate, sort and evaluate and pass on this data. At the same time, it has a very simple interface for users. Especially in organisation development processes, I use it online, but also in presence, as it suits the customer and the process. The digital pinboards are then also available for asynchronous work, individual working groups, preliminary enquiries and post-process reviews. The simple handling and the amazing results often generate a high degree of self-efficacy in the groups. This is also great for the transfer to more agile structures. I have been getting through my projects wonderfully with these three tools for years, because one aspect should not be underestimated: the facilitation of a process and the attention to the group should not suffer because the facilitator is not familiar with the tools. "Always the latest" is therefore not a good idea at all. However, if you would like to get to know GroupMap, please contact us. :-)
