Part of the project planning is a precise analysis of the individual work steps and an adjustment to the possibilities of the team. There is something satisfying for everyone to do.

Do you work all day?
No, because those who work well can also rest and celebrate success. However, we pay attention to proportionality.

what are the costs?
The costs are comparable to an action-packed incentive. The budgets that used to be spent on artists or actions now go into the project, the travel costs tend to be lower because luxury is dispensed with.

Incentives used to be competitive, how about CSA?

What does a schedule look like?
